Government complex in waiting: Work on this multi-million dollar government complex at the corner of High and Princes streets in the city has remained at a standstill for several months. The building, which was being constructed at a cost of $600M and which is now home to several vagrants, has cracks around its exterior and glass at the front door of the building has been shattered. A government source said the authorities discovered a fault with its foundation sometime ago and apparently the roofing at the facility was built lower than the required height.
