Dear Editor,
The Promenade Garden stands as a beauty in the city of Georgetown.
At my age of 63 years, I am disillusioned that the political authorities have been incapable of dealing with littering in the city. The message to us is clear. Those responsible have sent a general message to this nation. They cannot manage; our city will always be clothed in disgrace.
