Head of the Presidential Secretariat and Cabinet Secretary Dr Roger Luncheon departed Guyana yesterday morning.
GINA said that the HPS has journeyed to the US to be with his mother who is critically ill at a New York hospital.
Dr. Luncheon is expected to return to Guyana shortly.
