Police say that at about 0715h. on Monday, police ranks conducted a search on a mining camp at Arangoy Backdam, Cuyuni River, during which an unlicensed .38 revolver and six matching rounds were found on a man.
He has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
