Dear Editor,
It has been announced that Guyana will be hosting a tourism conference in April and over 250 delegates will be attending.
I would like to suggest that the theme should be ‘Garbage Tourism‘ of which we are the leaders in the region, and the Mayor will take time off to showcase the city while advising that it took him over ten years to achieve this level of success.
I am sure that the visitors will be more than impressed and will ever more remember beautiful Georgetown.
