The police say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of eleven-year-old Justin Nobrega of Adelaide Street, Charlestown, Georgetown, which occurred at about 2310h. last night at Adventure, Soesdyke/Linden Highway.
Police say that initial reports indicate that Nobrega was accidentally shot while in the company of his father and another man who is a licensed firearm holder who were hunting at the time.
The two men are in police custody assisting with the investigations.
