(Jamaica Gleaner) Five people – two children and three adults – died early this morning during a fire of unknown origin at their house on Spencer Close, Kingston 8.
The police have identified them as: 39-year-old Carol Spencer, 32-year-old Garfield Brown, 18-year-old Kemar Brown, 14-year-old Ian Palmer and 18-month-old Michael Brown all of Spencer Close.
The Constant Spring Police say about 3:00 a.m., residents saw the house on fire and alerted the Police and the fire brigade.
When the fire fighters completed the cooling down process, the five bodies were found.
The police say detectives from the Constant Spring Police along with persons from the Jamaica Fire Brigade are working assiduously to determine the cause of the fire.
