PhotosThe Muslim Youth League of GuyanaBy Stabroek News February 3, 2012 The Muslim Youth League of Guyana The Muslim Youth League of Guyana said it was pleased to host Trinidad and Tobago born, Caribbean Muslim scholar Al Haj Kamaludeen Ghanny at its Youman Nabi programme last Sunday at the Anna Catherina Islamic Complex (ACIC). In a press release the group, along with the Guyana United Sadr Islamic Anjuman and the ACIC said Ghanny’s message is particularly important at this time as he condemned “those who are professing to be followers of this great Prophet, but are committing acts against his teachings and personality.” He also challenged those disputing the status of the Prophet of Islam, stating that it is impossible to separate the creator from the Prophet of Islam. Ghanny also commended Guyanese on their continued observance of Miladun Nabi and for displaying their love and respect for the prophet.Comments
