Proprietress of Little Rock Hotel & Television Station Pearl Dindyal, also known as Pearl Christie and staffers were robbed of cash, jewellery and a quantity of items in excess of $1M by bandits yesterday.
The attack occurred just before midnight on Friday, when an unmasked male, entered the Lot 68 Vryman’s Erven bar and ordered a soft drink. After being served, he walked towards the northern gate and suddenly stopped and two other masked men, armed with hand guns ran into the yard. One ran into the bar, where the proprietress was and demanded cash and jewellery. The woman handed over $200,000 and her jewellery. Other staffers were also robbed.
