The Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development on Friday presented each administrative region’s Department of Education, as well as the West Demerara Regional Hospital, with a brush cutter, the Government Information Agency (GINA) reported.
Regional Executive Officers (REOs) collected the equipment on behalf of their respective regions.
According to GINA, the equipment will be used to ensure maintenance of the compound of these regional government organs, as well the compound of the region’s education department.
