The British High Commission is inviting young professionals to apply for the Chevening Scholarship for the 2012/2013 period.
According to a press release, the ideal candidate is one who has a first degree with a minimum GPA of 2.7 with three years post graduation work experience. The candidates must also be able to demonstrate their potential to be future leaders and decision-makers.
The Chevening Scholarship provides a fully-funded opportunity to study for a Master’s degree at a UK university in the areas of human rights, climate change, development and economics.
Interviews will be conducted before March month end. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. Applications should be submitted online at http://www.chevening.fco.gov.uk/cheveningapplications by February 28 before 4pm. The EChevening has been designed for use on Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later and is not compatible with other web browsers.
