As part of its overall renovations, the Pegasus Hotel has opened a new restaurant, the Aromas Café and plans a roof restaurant.
In his address on Monday, Pegasus Chief Executive Officer Robert Badal said he appreciates the support and continued patronage when he bought the hotel in 2009. “I understood clearly the responsibilities I had assumed for making this property the best it could possibly be,” he added. Badal also said he is confident in the skills and abilities of his team to deliver local hospitality as “They have done it with distinction over the years and will do so even more effectively with our investments in new technology and continuous training.”
The Aromas Café boasts modern, comfortable décor coupled with state-of-the-art food presentation that is sure to provide the most elegant and sophisticated dining experience.
Patrons can choose from a wide variety of coffees, cappuccinos, lattes and espressos all based on the aromas of the famous Jamaican Blue Mountain coffees.
They can also choose from a wide selection of teas and pastries that will complement the hotel’s regular breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets.
Badal also said Pegasus will be opening a new bar poolside as well as its promised wine bar offering a wide selection of wines, gourmet chesses, crackers and chocolates.
The rooms on the third, fourth and fifth floors have already been renovated and plans are in train to start works on a new, ultra modern façade on the exterior of the tower building in another six months. “An exquisite fine dining 360 degree roof restaurant will be built to add a never experienced option to our hospitality,” he added.
