A Lusignan, East Coast Demerara woman died of injuries she suffered after being involved in an accident along the East Bank of Demerara on Wednesday evening.
Liloutie Persaud, 45, was dead before her arrival at the Georgetown Public Hospital sources revealed to Stabroek News.
According to a hospital official, the woman was brought in sometime after 10pm and a relative only gave her address as Lusignan. Efforts made by this newspaper to locate relatives of the deceased proved futile.
