The police say that Lawrence Leroy Semple, 33 years of West Ruimveldt, Georgetown, was today charged with the murder of Venezuelan national Jose Lamon Valenzuela whose body was found in a playground at Mabaruma, NWD, on March 11, 2012.
He appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court where he was remanded to prison until May 22, 2012.
