President Donald Ramotar will lead a delegation to Cartagena, Colombia for the Summit of the Americas next week, Head of the Presidential Secretariat Dr Roger Luncheon has announced.
He said the summit will be convened between April 13 and 15 following which the President will visit Brazil on an official state visit for two days.
