Police say that at about 0805h yesterday, Lloyd Prince, 18 years of Port Kaituma, NWD, was sitting on top of the cab of a motor lorry that was ascending a hill, when the vehicle stalled.
As a consequence the vehicle began running back down the hill, during which Prince fell and suffered injuries. He was pronounced DOA at the Port Kaituma Hospital, police said.
Investigations are in progress.
