Dear Editor,
It still remains a mystery as to who will be selected to carry the Golden Arrowhead at the opening ceremony of the 30th Olympiad in London.
With less than 100 days to go, the world will once again converge on one stage where records could be broken, rivalries will be at their greatest, tears of joy and disappointment will be shed, athletes suspended in the past will once again be in action, drug cheats might be caught and new friendships will be made. These are some of the things we will witness after being glued to the television during the airing of the 2012 Olympics in London.
Because this event falls under the American NBC Universal Company I would want to believe that Channel 7 (WHRM) will be carrying coverage of the games. Hopefully other channels will also be doing so.
Yours faithfully,
T Pemberton
