A 43 year old miner was this afternoon found dead with chop wounds about the body in his East Street home.
Dead is Bryan Dickson called ‘Son son’ and ‘Peck’. After not hearing from him since last night relatives decided to visit the home. A nephew found the door ajar and later stumbled upon the body lying on the bed. There was blood and Dickson appeared to have been gagged.
