Dear Editor,
Last year purchasing a vehicle licence was made easy as there were four offices to serve the public. This year the system has been changed whereby you have to buy your licence on the day when your vehicle was first registered.
The problem here is that there are many vehicles registered on the same day with only one office in operation, thus defeating the purpose of eliminating the long lines. It is obvious that one office cannot handle a whole city and the GRA must take this into account.
