(Jamaica Gleaner) Former 100m world record-holder Asafa Powell ran 10.02 in Shanghai, China a short while ago to win the Diamond League event.
Powell got a very good start and led the field from the start of the field.
American Michael Rogers was second in 10.02 and Nesta Carter third in 10.08.
In the previous 100m in Qatar, Powell lost the 100m on the wire to American Justin Gatlin.
