The police say that Ivelaw Duke, age 28 years, of Lot 73 Prince William Street, Plaisance, ECD, was arraigned today before Magistrate Hazel Octave-Hamilton at the Georgetown court on a charge of possession of a firearm without a licence.
Police said that he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $75,000.
