In an advertisement published in yesterday’s Guyana Chronicle, the ministry said citizens can relay information that can assist in the solving or prevention of crimes such as photographs, sound recordings, emails, URLs, text messages or BBMs.

Text messages can be sent to telephone numbers 623-6068 or 623-6072. BBMs can be sent to 2804E429 or 2828B269.

Emails can be sent to crimestoppersgy@yahoo.com, crimestoppersgy@hotmail.com or crimestoppersgy @ gmail.com.

All information will be kept strictly confidential, the advertisement said.

The public is further advised that there is no need to submit the sender’s name, address or other personal contact information. For more information, the public can also view the ministry’s Facebook page tagged Moha Crime Stoppers.
