Parts of Kingston, Georgetown were flooded this morning after the attendant for a koker on Water Street left it open.
High water was evident on Fort Street in particular. Yards of householders were severely flooded. The problem was compounded by heavy rain this morning.
There was also high water in the St Joseph Mercy Hospital and around the US Embassy and the Canadian High Commission.
