In the flood: Fort Street, Kingston electrician Timmy Ali standing in the flooded bottom flat of his home yesterday morning after water from the nearby Demerara River swamped the area. Reports are that a careless koker attendant left the door to a koker along Water Street open yesterday morning and soon after 4 am several homes in the vicinity were inundated.
