A man was arrested yesterday in connection with an unlicensed weapon found by a police patrol at a mining camp at Arimu Backdam, Cuyuni.
Police, in a statement, said the man is in custody assisting with the investigations in the discovery, which was made by a roving patrol. In addition to the weapon, two matching rounds and a spent shell was also found.
