Do as I say?Do as I say? This sign advocating an end to litter was being erected yesterday over scraps of litter near a garbage receptacle on the Georgetown seawalls. Persons putting up the sign seemed oblivious to the discordance between the message and its environs. (Photo by Anjuli Persaud)
