An employee of the Mabaruma Power Station sustained injuries to his left leg and shoulder, when an electric post he was working on fell on him on Thursday evening at Brooms Hill, Mabaruma.
Nigel David, 46, of Mabaruma, Region One, was air dashed to the Georgetown Public Hospital yesterday morning to seek further treatment.
