A farmer was yesterday placed on $50,000 bail by Magistrate Adela Nagamootoo, on a charge that he unlawfully and maliciously wounded another man. Warren Kelly, 38, of Angoy’s Avenue, New Amsterdam is alleged to have unlawfully and maliciously wounded Arlington Lane on June 30, 2012, with intent to disfigure, disable or cause grievously bodily harm to him. He pleaded not guilty.
Kelly is to return to court on September 17, 2012, when the case will be called for report and fixture.
