The curtain will come down on the Inter Ministry/Corporation football tournament when the semi-finals and final take place today from 5.30pm at the Banks DIH Limited, Thirst Park ground.
The remaining four teams in the competition, Guyana Revenue Authority/Customs, Guyana National Shipping Corporation (GNSC) J&S Electrical and John Fernandes Limited will battle for the first prize and trophy. In an exhibition game prior to the final, YMCA Rich Boys will play Sweet Point Ballers.
In the first semi-final, GNSC will take on John Fernandes following which; GRA/Customs will play J&S Electrical.
The losing teams will contest the third place playoff.
The winning team will take away $250 000 with $175 000, $75,000 and $25, 000 respectively going to the second, third and fourth placed finishers.
