The national U-13 boys’ team of Elishaba Johnson, Kyle Edghill, Rajiv Muneshwar and Miguel Wong has won a gold medal in the team events of the seventh annual Pre-cadet and Cadet table tennis championships in Jamaica, team manager Harold Hopkinson reported yesterday.
On Sunday, the girls’ U-13 team of Jamaali Homer, Priscilla Greaves and Kristie Lopes defeated Jamaica in the final to win the girls’ team event while the U-11 girls’ team of Nevaeh Clarkson, Selena Jackman, Abigail Martin and Simran Bissu won a bronze medal.
