I would like to express my appreciation to Medi-Care for the good customer service that I received from the Prescription Department.
Recently, I used the service of the pharmacy to have a prescription filled, and I am pleased with the high quality of service. My prescription required a specific amount of liquid to a certain dosage of the medication. However, I assumed that the pharmacist or the assistant (not sure which one it was), was unsure as to whether I understood the required amount of liquid, so he showed me a common kitchen utensil that could be used to measure.
I appreciate the fact that he did not give me the medication with the specified dosage and assumed that I knew the amount of liquid needed.
The quality of service provided makes me feel confident that the pharmacist and the pharmacy have my best interest at heart. This is very important, especially when it relates to one’s health.
