The Everest Cricket Club ground will come alive tonight with two feature softball encounters involving the country’s top male and female teams.
In a male encounter Trophy Stall Masters will throw down the gauntlet to Everest Masters in a 25/25 softball pre Emancipation encounter. The match is expected to commence at 7pm sharp. This encounter is being sponsored by Ramesh Sunich, Managing Director of Trophy Stall, Bourda Market along with the City Mall. Prior to this encounter, however, there will be a feature female 10/10 softball match between Trophy Stall Angels and 4R Lioness. The female match will start at 5:30pm.
Meanwhile Trophy Stall Masters and Everest masters have named their respective squads for tonight’s encounter. The Trophy Stall Masters squad will come from Hardat Singh, Ricky Deonarine, Dharam Persaud, Rahaman Khan, Ramesh Sunich, Mike Singh, Reaz Hussain, Steve Narine, Lalta Gainda, Surendra Nauth, Khalid Baksh, Ramchand Ragbeer, Pitamber Maharaj, Armogan Gopaul, Kenrick Persaud and Richard Persaud. Everest Masters squad (from) Rajesh Singh, Ishwar Singh, Ramjit Singh, Mark Singh, Sheik Mohamed, Rupie Shewjattan, Rohan Sarjoo, Karmachand Rambarran, Danpaul Ram, Rakesh Gangaram, Ronald Jaisingh, David Harper, Avinash Prashad, Paul Parsram, Kissoon Budhu and Ronald Persaud.
