The prosecution stated that on the day in question, the police were on patrol in the vicinity of Albouystown when they saw the defendant in a yard acting in a suspicious manner. The court further heard that the observation made by the lawmen led them to conduct a search on Khan’s person and the illegal substance was found concealed in a Ziploc bag in his pants pockets.
