Children can join Spongebob Squarepants, Dora the Explorer and their friends as they vacation in Guyana as Guyenterprise in collaboration with their corporate partners hosts for the second time the Nickelodeon stars in a Live Musical Adventure on August 11 and 12 at the Guyana National Stadium.
Guyenterprise in a press release announced that after the tremendous success of the first event held last August, they have decided to stage an Annual Children’s Summer Show that promises to be a truly family-oriented fun day of entertainment for Guyanese.
The show will be a live 90 minute musical, which will be followed by a grand fun fair and play land with lots of games and activities for the entire family.
The release said that Spongebob and Dora along with their friends Patrick, Boots, Jimmy Neutron and Bob the Builder will be exploring and experiencing all that Guyana has to offer, from its rivers, waterfalls and rainforests to its historical sites, and invites the public to be a part of their adventure.
Additionally, Hello Kitty is slated to make a guest appearance.
The release also said that the high energy musical show would not only be educational but fun as well, since it incorporates music and dances of different genres such as ballet, hip hop and calypso that will surely have the family moving.
The main characters of the show, Spongebob and Dora, are two of the world’s favorite and most recognized animated characters. This family event will be the best summer treat for parents and kids of all ages to enjoy together as it creates an opportunity for families to come out in a safe and relaxed environment and enjoy a great day with each other.
It also added that it is truly a novelty for Guyanese kids to be able to see all their favorite television characters live on stage and even have a chance to meet them and have their picture taken.
The event aims to promote positive family values.
This Nickelodeon show is the second annual children’s show and the fifth event in a series of successful family-oriented events produced by Guyenterprise in collaboration with their corporate partners. Other events held were the Circus of Dreams, WrestleRama Guyana and the Guyana FAM Festival.
