Trade Wind Tankers True Champions and two-time defending champions Young Achievers will take on hosts, Castrol strikers today with their eyes set on a place in the final for the third straight year and a chance to defend their title.
In the other semi final the improved Port Mourant Training School team (TC1) which has been a constant fixture in the semis of this tournament will take on the newly resurrected Rollers team in a battle that can easily be considered another episode in the rivalry between two of the most prominent teams in Berbice.
The action which starts at 3pm today at the National Gymnasium on Mandela Avenue will basically see the four teams battle for a chance to add to their winnings in the preliminary stages of the tournament either, $80,000, $60,000, $40,000 or $20,000 for first, second, third and fourth places.
