Police say that at about 2345h last night, businessman Theodore Singh, 32 years, and a worker were in conversation at his business place at 11Miles, Mahdia, when they were held up by three men, two whom were armed with firearms and the other with a cutlass.
The perpetrators took away $6M and 8 ounces of raw gold, worth around $2.6M, and escaped, police said.
Investigations are in progress.
