Elle’s Vision wins feature event at Guyana Cup

By Emmerson Campbell Elle’s Vision sent horse racing fans at the packed Port Mourant Turf Club into a frenzy yesterday as the four-year-old filly galloped to claim victory in the sixth annual Guyana Cup feature `B’ and Lower 1400m (seven furlongs) event.

The $14.9M Haslington market tarmac which will reportedly benefit over 1,000 residents in the Haslington and Golden Grove communities, East Coast Demerara, was handed over on Thursday by Minister in the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development Norman Whittaker, a press release from the Government Information Agency (GINA) said.
