The Alliance For Change said yesterday that it will participate in the NCN organized debate on the Former Presidents Benefits Act scheduled for today, September 2, 2012. The debates are usually broadcast at 7 pm.
The Act has been highly controversial because of what are seen as lavish and unaffordable benefits in it.
