Singer Melissa Roberts better known as ‘Vanilla’ has launched a business, which is geared to helping women achieve their fitness goals.
According to a press release, Vanilla, Guyana’s three-time road march queen and Kross Kolor artiste, has named the venture VFitness.
Vanilla is a certified trainer and nutritionist having successfully completed the certified trainers and specialist in fitness nutrition courses with the International Science Sports Association. She has also participated in numerous body fitness competitions in Guyana and is a two-time winner of different competitions.
Additionally she has been actively involved in fitness related activities for the ten years. With this background along with being a trained dancer she is more than equipped for the venture she has embarked on, the release said.
Her mantra:”Fitness is a lifestyle, not a diet”, will be the underlying theme at VFitness. According to Vanilla, “we want to share the wonderful experience of guiding you through your lifestyle change of health and fitness development. This includes training you outdoors, at home or gym while helping you with the necessary adjustment for your lifestyle transformation. We are committed to making a health and fitness difference in your life.”
Recognizing that time may be an issue for clients, VFitness offers flexible schedules designed to accommodate the time available to clients with the objective of dedicating quality time to realistically achieve set goals.
