Tonight the Berbice High School will be transformed from a learning institution into a battle ground of chiseled and sculpted physiques when Flex Night Inc. stages its Flex Night Berbice Bodybuilding and Fitness Show.
The crème-de-le crème of the Ancient County’s male and female bodybuilders are expected to compete at the event which commences at 19:00hrs.
The males will compete in the under 154 pounds, 155-165 pounds, 165-176 pounds and the over 176-pound categories while the females will vie for top honours in the Miss Flex Night Berbice and the Miss Flex Night Best Legs Berbice categories.
The top athletes will represent Guyana at the inaugural Flex Night International and Health & Fitness Expo which will be staged on December 8 at the National Cultural Centre.
Central American and Caribbean bronze medalist and reigning Hugh Ross Classic (HRC) welterweight and overall champion Kerwin Clarke is scheduled to guest pose at the event.
