Police Constable Orin Heyligar was today charged with rape allegedly committed on a woman at the Enmore Police Outpost on July 01, 2012. She was in police custody at the time.
He appeared before Magistrate Z Ally at the Cove and John Magistrate’s Court and was placed on $500,000 bail.
