The Mahaicony Post Office was broken into sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning, but no money has been reported stolen, the police have said.
The discovery was made on Tuesday morning around 7:10am and two safes were found open in the building. One of the safes was cut opened while the padlock on the other one was smashed off, police said, while adding that no money was reported missing.
The break-in remains under investigation.
