GPHC joins the Good Samaritan Programme: The Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC) yesterday facilitated a voluntary blood drive, conducted through the Ministry of Health National Blood Bank’s Good Samaritan Programme. According to a statement from the hospital, nine (9) units of blood were voluntarily donated by GPHC employees. It added that GPHC intends to facilitate future blood drives to support the Ministry’s mandate to supply safe and sufficient blood for patients in need.
