The postponed final of the Universal DVD and Universal Solutions seventh anniversary T20 championship is set for today at the Cumberland ground, Canje, East Berbice between the Universal DVD Titans and Universal Solutions Tigers.
The two teams reached the final after defeating West Berbice All Stars and East Berbice Warriors respectively in the semi-finals.
The Titans will be led by Rajiv Ivan with support from Devendra Bishoo, Sewnarine Chattergoon, Kandasammy Surujnarine, Kevin Ramdeen, Eon Hooper, Clinton Pestano and Jason Sinclair.
Their opponents Universal Solutions Tigers will be led by Shawn Pereira and will rely on Royston Crandon, Richard Ramdeen, Khemraj Mahadeo, Harrinarine Chattergoon, Keon De Jesus and fast bowler Michael Newland.
In the third-place playoff West Berbice All Stars will clash with east Berbice Warriors.
The action begins at 10am.
The winning team will receive $350,000 and a trophy, the runners-up $150,000 and a trophy and the third and fourth place finishers $25,000 each and a trophy.
There will also be prizes for the Best Batsman, Best Bowler and Man of the Match in the final.
