A boat builder was killed on Wednesday after he was pinned by a tree he was felling.
A press release from the police force said that ranks are investigating the death of Calvin Roberts, of Hobodiah, Mabaruma, North West District, which occurred around 1pm on Wednesday.
“Investigations revealed that Calvin Roberts was cutting a tree which fell on him, pinning him below,” the release added.
Police said that the man’s body was recovered the following day.
