The Annual General Meeting of the Guyana Table Tennis Association (GTTA) which was scheduled for today at Olympic House from 2pm will be postponed to November 4.
According to a press release from the GTTA the meeting had to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
As a result of the postponement, notice of motions/resolutions must reach the General Secretary Godfrey Munroe not later than Thursday, the release added.
Each club registered with the association is allowed to send as many delegates as they desire, however, only one person will be allowed to vote.
Clubs are reminded to ensure that their annual subscription is paid by Thursday so as to be able to exercise their franchise, the release stated.
The GTTA will be electing a new president following the death of former Commissioner of Police Henry Greene.
