The New GPC Inc on Tuesday handed over a cheque to the value of $100,000 to the Pharmacy Council of Guyana.
A release from New GPC said that it was responding to a request by the council for sponsorship of a workshop being held on November 4th.
New GPC said that the money will assist in the staging of a workshop by Dr Suleman Bhamjee MBBS (UWI) who is the President and Founder of the Dermatological Institute of Barbados. The continuing education session will be held at the Ocean View International Hotel, Liliendaal. The presentation was made to Marlyn De Souza, a representative of the council at New GPC’s Farm, East Bank office.
