The NIS Pensioners of Kwakwani would like to thank the authorities for the swift way in which they were able to rectify the problem they had encountered with their November pension vouchers.
After the problem was highlighted in the two independent newspapers, efforts were immediately made by NIS officials to have the matter resolved without any inconvenience to the pensioners. They were all able to cash their vouchers in Kwakwani on the following day.
A thank you to all who were involved for swiftly addressing our pensioners‘ concerns.
