The Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) has named a provisional squad to prepare for two upcoming matches against a Berbice U-21 side.
The squad will be involved in practice sessions tomorrow at the Police Sports Club Ground commencing at 15.00hrs. Following this session a squad will be selected to represent the GCA in two matches against Berbice under 21 teams which will be played on November 21 at Albion Sports Complex and on November 28 at a venue in Georgetown.
Persons eligible to participate must born on or after September 1, 1992. All players must have in their possession proof of date of birth.
The squad will be managed by Shaun Massiah and coached by Mark Harper.
The players named are Chandrapaul Hemraj, Jahron Byron, Winston Forrester, Charwayne Mc Pherson, Sherfane Rutherford, Kwame Cross, Nichosie Barker, Carlos La Rose, Andrew Gibson, Kemol Savoury, Omesh Dhanram, Shaquille Williams, Garfield Deroache, Alvin Costello, Pernell London, Amir Khan, Chris Surat, Steven Sankar, Raj Nanan, Keon Morris, Almando Doman, Kareem Norton, Tagenarine Chanderpaul, Gavon Charles, Orlando Charles, Dexter George and Devon Lord.
