(Jamaica Observer) SANTA CRUZ, St Elizabeth — An ex-cop was arrested after being caught with hundreds of pounds of ganja in St Elizabeth last night.
Preliminary reports are that the former lawman was driving his motorcar when he was stopped during an operation in Santa Cruz.
The vehicle was searched and about 400 pounds of ganja was found. He was taken to the Santa Cruz Police Station. The identity of the man was not revealed when the Observer made enquiries today. Investigations are underway.
